OBJECTIVE

To learn the process of HCD.

APPROACH

In this internship experience, I had the opportunity to learn from the experts in the HCD industry. I was able to assist in program teams (particularly the Financial Health Team), build research assets, presentations, participate in brainstorms, and concept ideas. With great guidance, I championed projects of my own using HCD. I learned about the power of storytelling and I learned how to create effective presentations and proposals using InDesign, Keynote, and Google Slides.
